We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $69. For orders under $69, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies. Our standard shipping typically takes 12–16 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped to ensure your UNISFACE products arrive in perfect condition. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our friendly Customer Support team, and we will guide you through the process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, according to your preference.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
